Here Hai opens at 10am, if you can get there before it opens you will be guaranteed to have a short wait. When I arrived at Here Hai at 11:30am, I was greeted by a queue that snaked around the corner. Clearly, I wasn’t the only one eager to try their famous dishes as it was lined with all tourists from Chinese, Singaporean, to Indonesian and Malaysian. I had heard about the wait times, but seeing it in person was another story. Despite the long line, there was a sense of camaraderie among the patrons. We were all there for the same reason – to experience the culinary magic of Here Hai Bangkok.
The staff was efficient and friendly, providing updates on the waiting time and ensuring everyone had a spot. We finished our journey with the giant river prawn filled with shrimp eggs. The seafood sauce was to die for and went great with every dish.

Was it worth the two-hour wait? Absolutely. Here Hai Bangkok exceeded all my expectations, and exploded my taste buds. The flavors were bold and authentic, the seafood was fresh, and the service was warm and attentive.
